Is Stress making you ill? Imagine your life free from stress and worry. It can be a lot simpler than you think!
How do you know if you are suffering from the effects of stress? What are the signs - erratic sleep, loss of libido, digestive problems like IBS, panic attacks, high blood pressure, constant irritability or even depression? You may have resorted to comfort eating, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol or taking recreational drugs to help you cope with life’s pressures. These short-term pleasure seeking measures may be resulting in some long-term mental and physical problems.
Are you becoming angry over trivial situations or worrying excessively and becoming anxious in situations in which you used to feel confident?
Are you living with a problem, such as a habit, an addiction, a compulsion, a phobia, anxiety disorder or panic attacks because you don’t know what to do about it or who to turn to for help?
Maybe you think that talking about it with a counsellor will be a waste of time or that psychotherapy is for the rich and famous and involves a lot of painful’ digging-up’ of childhood memories and traumas.
You will be pleasantly surprised to discover that finding the solution to your problem can be achieved rapidly using a solution-focused approach.
Your brain is an amazing computer but if it is not programmed effectively, it can respond negatively. The brain is a learning machine which can just as easily learn negative behaviours as positive.
I have been utilising a solution-focused approach for over 15 years and will provide you with the ‘tools’, knowledge and expertise so that you can free yourself from these debilitating conditions.
Would you like the opportunity to learn the secrets of how to become more relaxed, more successful, improve your concentration and focus, increase your motivation and how to set and achieve your goals?
If you are serious about wanting to change your life or a part of your life and need guidance, support, motivation, inspiration and clarity contact me now.
“I just wanted to let you know that, since having therapy with you last year, I have come a long way. The improvements I have made in dealing with different situations are great and I am altogether a more confident and happier person. I have a lot more patience and enjoy life a whole lot more by dealing with things a step at a time and taking everything in my stride. I'm really looking forward to what 2009 has to hold. I usually hate new year and find it incredibly depressing but this year I feel totally the opposite and feel extremely positive about it. Thank you so much for your help and support.” - Karen, Southwick
"I'm doing better than i ever imagined 2 years ago! I have got a renewed sense of energy and enthusiasm, and am charging through life again. I have the odd stressful time, but play the session you gave me and use the techniques you taught me, and I can cope with it all. Thanks again for your help - it was completely invaluable!"
